Ocean City

On Thursday Dukeman, Jason, and I went down to Ocean City NJ for the day. As we suspected Ron didn’t make it even though the night before he said he’d wake up early and come back from State College in time to go. Oh well, we still had a good time. We spent most of the time in the water, as that was the main reason for going. The waves weren’t as good as I would have liked, but it was still the ocean, and I hadn’t been to the ocean in several years. The place we went to eat was a bit questionable. It was a buffet but they only have us one plastic plate and they didn’t have anyone clear the tables. When you were done you were supposed to throw away your own stuff. The didn’t taste bad, but it wasn’t very good either. After supper we hit up the board walk for a bit before deciding to call it a day. Overall a good day as we got out of Akron/Ephrata, and accomplished one of my goals this summer in getting to the beach.
